I just love chairs. I am not sure why , and the older the better. This is the first in a series of chair collages. I like the idea of the inside and outside meshing together. I also wanted to change my color palette a bit. I tend to be heavy on the blue and green. You can find this new piece in my etsy shop.

I'm with you! I used to find a way to put chairs in all my paintings....of course now that I'm on a mermaid kick, it's kind of hard!

I just love it Courtney! I have a thing for chairs too. (and pillows!!) I have a hard time leaving a tag sale or thrift store without one;) I went to take a closer peek in your shop and wasn't surprised at all that it was already sold!! Congrats:):)
