Is it really December???

I feel a bit like one of those bowling pins about to be

knock down by the reality that .... yes it is now December!!!

I have a lot of things in the works so I hope to get them to you soon.

I love the colors in this one.

I am making another smaller one that is similar.

This is a larger version of the one I did in the last post.

A bit abstract. I used a lot of fabric for this one.

I am in serious denial that it is November

and Thanksgiving is just around

the corner.

This is usually my favorite of all Holidays.

I just can not keep up with time these days.

Growing up

Both of my boys are growing up soooo fast.

They were just little guys a minute ago.......

and look at them now!

Along with growing up , they are learning about how

life has other plans for us.

My youngest had to deal with a major disappointment in his life.

It is so hard to see their little hearts get broken.

I hate it , yet at the same time , I know it will make them strong.

My job is not to prevent it from getting broken,

just to make sure I gather the pieces and help

them put it back together.

I plan to get a rather large jar of super strong glue....

I know I will need it in the coming years,

for theirs and mine!
